FOOD
- Peanut butter and jam on toast for Brekkie
- Peanut bar for morning tea
- Left over chilli, refried beans and corn chips for lunch
- No time for afternoon tea!!
- Bans on toast for dinner
DRINK
- 4 cups of tea
- About 2 litres of water
- 2 glasses of white wine
ACTIVITY
- 15 minutes on the bike
- 30 minutes Tabata Training
- 15 minutes interval training on the treadmill
- Swimming with the girl after work, just messing around but activity nonetheless
